Where we collect information such as names, emails or any other personal information through our website in either post subscriptions or surveys that information is only ever used for those purposes and is never passed to any other company or organisations.
If you have subscribed to posts from our website that information is deleted when you unsubscribe.
Any information collected through surveys held on our website is deleted as soon as the work on analysing the data has been completed. We may keep information collected from the survey but any identifying information will be removed.

Where we use external websites to collect information – such as SurveyMonkey – this is deleted as soon as the work on analysing the data has been completed. We may keep information collected from the survey but any identifying information will be removed.
Information collected in physical form
Where we collect information in physical form – for example paper based surveys – that information is kept until the purpose for which it has collected is completed. Until it is completed the information is held securely. It will be securely destroyed once we have finished processing it. We may keep summary information but any identifying information will be removed.
